Register your organization, conservancy, or cave-focused nonprofit to be listed in SpeleoMap's in-app directory. All organizations must hold 501(c)(3) status and complete a vetting process before listing.

What Happens Next
  1. You submit this form.
  2. We verify your organization's 501(c)(3) status via the IRS.
  3. We contact your officer with the program agreement.
  4. Once signed, your organization is listed in the SpeleoMap app directory and eligible to be considered for support.

Listing and any support are at AFDC's sole discretion and are funded by AFDC, not by any individual subscriber. Registration does not guarantee a distribution. AFDC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time. Full terms are in the program agreement.
