Scheme, Text and Font: How the whole app looks.
- Scheme: Dark for underground, Light for daylight, or Grayscale.
- Text: Small, Medium, Large or Larger, for the whole app. Medium is the standard size. Each part of the app grows from its own sizes, so menus and the cave screen keep their layout. Screens that can't scroll, like the cave screen and Navigator, stop at Large on smaller iPhones; the row then reads Limited on this screen size. Labels drawn on maps and 3D views, the scan viewer, and the small icon-and-number counts on lists stay the same size so they always fit. The iPhone's own Text Size setting doesn't change SpeleoMap.
- Font: System, Rounded, Serif or Mono, one typeface for the whole app. Numbers stay lined up in columns whichever you pick. Mono is wider, so on the cave screen, camera and maps it is drawn a little smaller. Exports keep their own fonts.
Colors: Tell tools apart at a glance on the map.
- Colors: tap to open it. Color the station dots by tool (Scan, Photo, Video, Thermal, Note, Tape, Annotation, Environment, ThermDAR) and set the color new hike pins take. Hike Pin reads (By Type) until you pick one, coloring pins by type (Hike Pins). Reset puts them all back.
Symbols and Grid: How the map draws.
Units: Metric or imperial.
Units switch every readout between Metric and Imperial right away.
SpeleoMap stores everything in metric, so switching units never changes your data.
