The Measure Tools
Single, Multi, Height, Angle and Area.
Single: The quickest straight-line reading.
The line icon. Tap two points: the distance between them. A third tap starts over.
Multi: For winding paths measured in pieces.
The curve icon. Tap as many points as you like: each leg shows its length, and the running total shows at the last point.
Height: Splits a slope into its up and across parts.
The up-and-down arrow. Tap a top and a bottom point: a dashed right triangle shows the vertical and the level distance, plus the straight A-to-B length.
Angle: Shows how steep passage, walls and floors are.
The angle icon. Two points give the line's slope from level, up or down, with an arc. A third point gives the tilt of the surface through all three, with each side labeled: 90° (marked vertical) for a wall, 0° (level) for a floor.
Area: Flags outlines that aren't flat or that cross.
The dashed square. Tap around an outline in order: the shape fills and closes back to A, with each side labeled, the area and the perimeter. It says approx. when the points aren't flat, and turns orange if the outline crosses itself.
