Browse, open, the info line, thermal views and video controls.
Browse: Find any shot fast by type, station or date.
The Media tab shows every photo and video in the project. Tiles carry icons: LiDAR (the dot grid), thermal (a thermometer), ThermDAR (both), a play badge and length on videos, Range (the scope with its shot count) and an amber I on items a teammate shared (the viewer names them Import_...).
- Show (the dropdown, top left): Media (everything), Photos, Videos, Range or Stations. The photo SpeleoMap takes at every station stays out of the main grid; Stations shows them grouped by station.
- Filter (the menu beside it): All, LiDAR only, Thermal only or Standard only.
- Sort: Oldest, Newest, Name or Imported.
The count shows under the bar. Pinch the grid for 1 to 5 thumbnails a row, like the Photos app. It remembers.
Open one: Back returns you to wherever you came from.
Tap a tile. Photos and videos page together: swipe left or right to move through them, swipe down (at 1x) to close, or tap the back arrow.
- Pinch to zoom up to 5x and drag to pan; a sharper copy loads the first time you zoom in.
- Double-tap to zoom to that spot, or back out.
- Tap once to hide or show the controls.
Back returns to wherever you opened it from: the camera, a station or the Media tab.
The info line: Tells you exactly how and where a shot was taken.
Line 1: what it is (photo, LiDAR or thermal), its number (for example 12 / 80), and its station or pin and date.
Line 2 for photos: the mode (LiDAR, Thermal, True Color, Macro, Long Exp, Front, Imported or Photo), then resolution, lens, shutter speed and the depth range. For videos: Video, Video · LiDAR or Video · Thermal; a LiDAR clip adds its size, frame rate, depth frames a second and bookmarks. The caption shows above the bottom bar.
Thermal, Visual and iPhone: Switch pictures on thermal and ThermDAR shots.
A thermal photo with the FLIR's visual photo shows Thermal | Visual under the info line; a ThermDAR shot adds iPhone (its LiDAR photo). It opens on Thermal. Temperatures read on Thermal.
Video controls: Tap the clip to hide them for a clean view.
Videos don't play on their own. Below the clip: Play/Pause, the time, a scrub bar, the length and Mute. At the end, Play starts over. Tap the video to hide the controls.
The bottom bar: The same five buttons on every photo and video.
- Library (the grid): back to the Media tab.
- Share: see Sharing below.
- Caption: a short note to help identify it.
- Assign: pick a station (or, in a hiking project, a pin).
- Delete: asks first; it can't be undone.
The tools sit on their own line just above it (below).
