Storage, Offload and Delete

In the Settings app, open General, iPhone Storage, SpeleoMap. Inside SpeleoMap, the Storage setting in 9.1 Profile limits how much it will use.

On that same screen, Offload App removes SpeleoMap but keeps your projects and settings. Reinstall it from the App Store and everything is back.

Delete App erases every project on this iPhone, and it can't be undone. Make a Backup first and keep it in iCloud Drive or on your Mac (8.4 Finding Your Files). Your membership isn't lost: use Restore Purchases (9.2 Membership).

Export a project bundle first, then delete the project in SpeleoMap. The bundle is your copy; import it any time (8.3 Import).
