Import, back up and reset.

Files: SpeleoMap's folder, one tap.
Opens the Files app on On My iPhone, SpeleoMap, where a backup or export you saved there lives. Your live projects are kept out of sight inside the app, so they can't be moved or deleted from Files by mistake. More in 8.4 Finding Your Files.
Import: A project bundle, or restore a backup.
A .speleobundle comes in as a new project, no open project needed (to merge into a project you have, use Import on that project's Details tab, Team Merge). A .speleobackup restores every project that isn't on this iPhone yet; projects already here are skipped. Choose Projects and settings or Projects only; restored settings take effect after you close and reopen SpeleoMap.
Backup: Everything on this iPhone, in one file.
One SpeleoMap backup (.speleobackup) of every project, with its lines, scans, photos and video, plus your settings and Stow mounts and calibrations. The row shows how many projects and how big. Save it to iCloud Drive, your Mac or a drive (not On My iPhone, SpeleoMap: Reset erases that folder); to send a single project by AirDrop, use that project's Export. To find it later, see 8.4 Finding Your Files. Not in the backup: compass calibration, thermal camera alignment and paired devices (they belong to this iPhone).
Reset: Start over with a clean app.
Erases every project, your settings, Stow calibrations, paired devices and Diagnostics, then asks you to close and reopen SpeleoMap to start fresh. Make a Backup first. Type RESET to confirm; not while a workout is running. Your membership and free-trial days, Apple Health workouts and the Photos library are not touched. How to close and reopen: 1.5.5 Closing and Reopening.
