PDF Report
One printable report, with the sections you pick.
What's in it: Cover, stations and a page per line.
One report for the project. The cover page is always first: project, team, dates, entrance, calibration and stations. Each Cave Line gets a page with its plan view, north arrow, scale bar and an LRUD station table. It's the same file on a device or a desktop. Good for grotto records.
Sections: Switch each one on or off.
- Personal information: your name, organization, NSS number and email from Profile, on the cover. On to start.
- Notes: the project's notes.
- Rangefinder: saved readings (6.4 Rangefinder and Laser Meter).
- Measurements: saved measurements (6.6 Save Measurements and Notes).
- Pins: hike pins (2.2 Hike Pins).
- Media list: every photo and video, with its station.
- Environment: air readings. Only shows when you've logged some (10.2 Environment Sensor).
Pick what it covers: Hikes, lines, scans and training.
Below the sections: PDF HIKES, PDF CAVE LINES, PDF SCANS and PDF TRAINING. Each only shows when the project has some. Leave out what the report doesn't need.
After a rescue: The 911 report.
A project with a rescue adds a Rescue row: the 911 PDF, the bundle and the hike GPX, and you pick what to send. See 3.6 Rescue.
